Terraced Dipping Dish for Olive Oil

Make waves with this dipping dish inspired by the terraced olive groves of Umbria, Italy where the artist creates and produces her designs. The pinzimonio is Tuscan in origin; guests are invited to dip their crudité or bread in a small bowl of seasoned olive oil.  When filled you see a series of concentric rings of lovely greens in descending tones due to the depth of the oil in the dish: a wonderful marriage of form and function, a feast for the eyes and the tastebuds!
